Sessions not cancelled prior to the day of the session will need to be maintained.
We are happy to refund any other monies paid in advance where this is not the case.
CoreSelf has a global improvement strategy to fitness training incorporating games, resistance training, balance work, flexibility training, effective movement, social interaction and individual as well as group training. Our most important ingredient is fun. We believe people can enjoy training and are more equipped to achieve their goals if they are enjoying what they do and can see realistic transfer into their lives.
All clients with personalised programs will begin with a physical screening and goal setting session. This forms the basis of our planning a productive and safe program to produce the best results.
CoreSelf has a 'safety first' approach. Any sessions where client or trainer believe continuing may result in any form of injury will be immediately cancelled. CoreSelf have many other stretching, self massage and confidence building exercises we can continue the session with.
We ask that all payments be made prior to the sessions through cash or cheque, outside session times.
We are prepared to be flexible in the event of unforseen circumstances.
We believe in setting small, manageable goals in 4 week blocks.

All concepts are designed for maximum success, for all parties, however we are always open to change in the best interests of all concerned, whlist maintaining a fun, safe and trusting environment
