A light, fun group session for people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels to join in physical activity together
CoreSelf has a global improvement strategy to fitness training incorporating games, resistance training, balance work, flexibility training, effective movement, social interaction and individual as well as group training. Our most important ingredient is fun. We believe people can enjoy training and are more equipped to achieve their goals if they are enjoying what they do and can see realistic transfer into their lives.
45 minute group sessions will be held Saturday mornings for all ages and fitness levels.
These sessions are designed to encourage people discover the fun that can be associated with healthy physical activity.

The size of these classes will be limited to 20, with the hope to encourage those in attendance to see us for a more personalised and goal orientated 'Redefine' program.
Our Saturday morning group sessions provide an excellent opportunity for families interested in our physical activity program for chlidren with Special Needs "YES YOU CAN" to come and discover what it's all about.
These sessions are light, informal and a fantastic way for children to associate with each other and begin improving balance, co-ordination, strength and functional movement in a non-threatening and safe environment.
We will be running seperate Saturday sesisons for children with Special Needs with a maximum of 6 people per class to ensure the best social atmosphere, whilst maintaining safety and control.
